This place was a real gem. The rooftop breakfast area had flowers everywhere, and I tell ya, that view was somethin' else! Always smilin' and ready to lend a hand. I reckon the only thing I could nitpick is the size of the room-it was a tad snug, but I sure didn't mind.

Absolutley no idea why this hotel gets any praise. The staff was indifferent, and the mattress-oh my, slanted and ancient! Definitely not what I expected for my stay, where I didn't even receive a welcome package or any preferential treatment. I almost gave a decent review but just couldn't, so disappointing!

Stayed for 1 night, the hotel was QUAINT and spotless, it had comfy location in the very heart of Istanbul. The breakfast looked savoury and delicious, on the terrace-super, unfortunately we didn't have time and didn't try it. Really enjoyed the room on the upper floors, our bed was extremely comfy.
The setting was awkward.

I had an amazing 3-night stay! The location is just perfect. I could easily walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The rooftop terrace for breakfast was beautiful, and the staff were pretty good, even preparing sandwiches for our early flight. I felt right at home 😊

friendly and helpful staff, and the location
on the ground floor low window facing the street, anybody can look into it from the street. If you draw the curtains it is dark, not enough lights. the bathroom is tiny.

Beautiful rooftop terrace, historical architecture, really good location
Room sizes can be quite cramped!!! Noise leakage between rooms and from nearby establishments disrupts the otherwise peaceful atmosphere!!! A serious need for maintenance on room amenities!!!

The hotel is reasonably clean, staff are exceptional and breakfast is really tasty. Well-designed, large room complete with large glass windows and nice bathroom plus great views. The atmosphere of the property is exclusive. A rooftop restaurant serves healthy food.

Zeynep Sultan is on a pleasant little street off the noisy main road(central touristy area) with a very nice view of the Aya Sofia. Speaking of which, the Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, Basillica Cistern, Topkapi palace, the Hippodrome and several museums are located a stones throw away. The breakfast terrace was a really pleasant area, the breakfast itself was simple but personally I enjoyed it. The room size wasn't a problem, you won't be spending much time indoors in Istanbul anyway. The room we first stayed in was right next to the lobby and noisy, but the next day we were relocated to a quiet room with a pretty view upstairs. The staff was indeed very helpful, welcoming and friendly. For example, If you want to know how to get around Istanbul, Yusuf's the man! Emre was very welcoming. I'd recomend it to no fuss travelers who like clean and simple hotels.
The shower area is a little cramped and the wireless internet didn't work well at times in the room we had. But I'm just being nitpicky.

Beautiful rooftop terrace with fine views nearby.
The rooms were small. The cleanliness left much to be desired. Dust was everywhere. The air conditioning was central, and I couldn't adjust the temperature to my liking, leaving me uncomfortable throughout my stay.
